Who we are

Our company name combines “CSV” and the word “lab,” short for “laboratory.”
CSV is our specialty, and we are offering computer system validation services and CSV/ CSA compliance consulting. As within a laboratory space we are dedicated to scientific experimentation, innovation, and development of solutions or products.

Founded in 2025 and headquartered in Switzerland, CSVlab began its journey. With a small but passionate team, we set out with the aim to redefine validation consulting. From the very beginning our focus has been on combining expertise, innovation, and a pragmatic approach to deliver efficient, effective solutions for our clients worldwide.

We are looking for motivated candidates with the following profile:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s degree or PhD in Life Sciences, IT/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate documentation
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities to interact with team members and document validation processes clearly
  • Willingness to develop knowledge in computer system validation and regulatory compliance through training and hands-on experience
  • An introductory understanding of industry regulations and standards, such as GxP guidelines
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of validation documentation, including Validation Plans, User Requirements Specifications (URS), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), Traceability Matrices (TRM), test scripts, and Validation Summary Reports, under the guidance of senior team members
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of validation activities, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Quality Assurance, and system users, to gather necessary information for validation processes
  • Learn and apply relevant regulatory guidelines and standards, such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, to ensure that computer systems meet compliance requirements
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance understanding of CSV processes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
